    Hi all

    I have a HND in Internet Computing and Degree in Media Technology which covered mainly CGI, Flash and video editing. Ive been working in a shop since leaving uni and feel like im wasting time.

    Ive been applying for entry IT support roles, a few in networking which is where I ideally want to be in, but found it hard and haven't really been getting any replies. So im gonna try to get A+ and N+ which will hopefully put me in a better position.

    Welcome to CF. Don't get disheartened if you don't hear back and keep applying for jobs, persistence is the key. While you are doing this an A+ would look great on your CV
