I found this site through doing a Google Search on the Home Learning College. They offered me the CompTia A+ course for a discount (so "only" £990) but I decided to see what others said about them before I committed myself.

Extremely glad I did. I haven't found anything good about them at all.

I'm still going to have a blast at the A+ but using the self study method that's been recommended here.

So thanks guys. You've saved me the best part of a grand. Unfortunately, one of my friends is already doing the course with the Home Learning College (paying full price no less ) and I'm not quite sure how to tell him he's spent a far more money than he really needed to.

Hi Welcome

Good choice with the self study, I was going to do a distance learning course for the A+ and I was gonna get charged £750 for it but I found CF and decided to self study. Its definatley better.
