Help with Stinger

Oh man! Ad-blocking software has been detected! :'(

Can anyone help. Download McAfee stinger. But got no virus threats. How do I use Stinger to delete viruses.

Stinger isn't designed to be a full anti-virus tool. It will scan for about 30 different threats. If it finds any, you can highlight the virus and click the "remove" button on the Stinger control panel. If it didn't find any, it won't be able to delete any.
