i passed ccna some months ago
and in history of my profile in fulfillment part
it says the ccna-kit have been posted to my address
in sep 2007 but i haven't received it yet

is it normal to take this time for receiving ccna-kit?
can i reorder again?
can i change the address and order again?

how can i track the kit?
there is a number in fulfillment can i use this number for tracking the kit

is any one recently passed ccna and received the certification?
i need some help in profile
please help me

Welcome to CF and congrats on passing the CCNA. Do you work in the IT arena or are you looking to break into IT? In terms of not hearing from Cisco on your cert send them are e-mail or give them a call.

I have not sat the CCNA so don't know if this is normal, but contacting them would be your best bet.

 

My Cisco package took almost 3-months to be delivered. It didn't bother me as I could see online everything was recorded and my accomplishments were correct. Have you tried the tracking option from Cisco's website?

i sent an e-mail to cisco and it was replyed

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your certificate. I have queued a kit be sent to you at the current shipping address within the Certification Tracking System. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Please check your history within the Tracking System periodically; this is where your certificate mail out date will post.
