    Hi, my name is Aaron

I am new to this forum, and have joined as i am looking to pursue a career in IT. Unfortunatly i have no previous exp, other that school and computers at home. I am however a very fast learner and like to think i know my way around a computer quite well from just playing around with them myself from school till now!

Im really looking where the best place to start is, ive had advice about studying for a 70-680 but i dont want to jump straight in at the deep end so to speak.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Look forward to the replies

    Aaron :biggrin

Hi & welcome to CF :)

TBH, I would say start off with the A+ as it doesn't deal with a specific version of an OS and it covers hardware. The 70-680 is geared up towards Windows 7 only and does not cover hardware.

    Hi thank you for reply

I have been looking into this online and a+ and net+ have came up a number of times and i was thinking about going down this route.

Can these be studied at home, or would it be advisable to sign up to a course of some sort?

    Thank you again

    Aaron

You can self study them if you want or if your learning style is more geared up towards the class based approach, you can do that to :)
