Hello All,

I stumbled across this website researching interview questions to ask prospective 1st Line technicians. I have work in IT for nearly 7 years and have recently been bumped up to management level, on an acting basis at the moment. Being new to management, one of my first jobs is going to be to hire new staff. Great! More new stuff for me to get to grips with.
I have and had a look around, made a few postings, answered a question or two and chatted to a couple of people. I like what I see. The posts are good, the answers are informative. The people are helpful and the off topic lounge is highly amusing.
I look forward to spending many a happy hour here.
