    Hi everyone
    My name is Nick and I live in Newport South Wales.
    Have been messing about with computers from windows 3.0 days but employed in engineering - from semiconductors to washing machine repair, so any questions about your hotpoint welcome....
    Looking to get qualified now as being laid off from my present employer in a month after 15 years.
    So pin back your ears and be ready for lots of question submissions.
