My name is Darren,

I am an IT support trainee, 27 years old from the UK.

I attended IT Practitioners in Software Development. National Diploma 10 years ago. My career path didn't go down the IT route in the end, so I am starting over now in this job role.

A little lost at the direction I should go down now. Hoping for some advice.

I am due to take the MCSA certs, 70-680 and 70-685(including 4 and 3 day course which goes with it).
