I actually meant sunburn, not beam. Talking of sunburn (seriously now) don't every have a bath or shower if you think you have had too much sun. I had been out in the sun once, and someone said "take a coole shower". Well, it is the worst thing ever!

After i spoke to some people who had the same as me said the cool water starts the pain off...
