Hi everyone,

I've been looking at this site for ages, and have decided to join up - it's certainly the best site I've seen covering this subject area.

I've been in IT for just over 9 years working for a large US Telco, who's also got an outpost in the UK. I started out supporting the systems development of a large Oracle-based enterprise database, and then moved into supporting Cisco SME networks about 4 years ago.

I've completed the CCNA and CCNA Voice certifications, and am now looking to go with the CCVP, workload permitting
