Joined from the UK, I'm currently working on CompTIA's Network+ and hoping to gain employment in the IT industry within the next two years. Also looking to get some advice on here from people already working in the sector

Thanks all, I won't be able to apply for IT roles just yet as I'm still serving in the forces and have a minimum of one year's notice to complete before being able to leave.

 

Welcome! As well as certifications and learning dont forget to network. They can be local IT societies near you or clubs etc. they are good to meet people and help you get a role in fact thats probably the best way to get any job.
