I am new to this, so be gentle...
I am a transplanted yank living in the UK. I am currently working in facilities management and loathe it! I have always enjoyed working with and on computers, and am always the unofficial "IT guy" in the office. So I figured I might as well have a go at doing it for a living. I am currently enrolled in a training program to learn basic skills in IT with Cerco (I had been toying with the idea of enrolling for a while, but reading some of the forums here helped me make my decision). Once I am "on the ladder" and working with computers as a full time occupation, I plan on going for the A+ cert, and from there who knows! I figure it would be easier to prepare for the A+ if I am working with computers for a minimum of 40 hrs. a week. Anyway, that's me in a nutshell. Catch everyone later!
