Having trouble getting on MCP site

Hi, I've just completed my MCAD and received a few emails from Microsoft, telling me to log onto the MCP website. However, when I enter all my details, I get a rather cryptic error message, which tells me to contact a customer service representative. When I click the link for the customer service representative, I get a page which is absolutely nothing to do with customer services. Does anyone know the contact number for Microsoft UK?

i know that quite a few people had this problem, some waited 24hours, the rest 48hours.
when did you get the email?

I used Firefox initially, but that didn't work, so I tried Internet Explorer. That didn't work either. I'll try again.

 

I think I'd forgotten the pwd for my Windows Live ID. I have now managed to log on successfully, and have ordered my Welcome kit, but can't download my transcript, so it looks like I'm going to have to phone them anyway.
