Big noisy ostentatious machines that young people to senior citizens fill with coins in order to annoy and distract from an otherwise convivial pub environment. Bells, whistles, clangers galore, flashing lights and buzzers attract the greedy like moths to a lantern. They are an eyesore and a dissonance that is undermining the social culture of bar room boozing in QLD.
