After speaking with my social secretary (and getting her permission!) I will be down there ... and for more than just the few rounds this time. I'll still be on coke (other cola based beverages available) if anyone needs a pick up and drop off from/to the station ... as longs as they are not too embarrassed about being in a Smart car.

I'll try and get to a christmas GTG if there is one, I won't have my own transport though, getting rid of the car, costing too much to run. I know I have said this for over a year now

I'll speak to my wife tonight and see if she'll allow me on an early release for good behaviour. Not actually sure if we had anything planned for this Saturday or not, but I'll try and make it if I can.

I'm possibly going to be in the same position - an unfortunate but compulsory asset check, possibly Saturday and Sunday

That said, I'm still waiting to find out what is going on but will definitely be there by early evening even if I have to work on both days!! Can't wait

 

Pardon the ignorance of a newbie to these forums but GTG is what exactly ?

 

GTG = Get together. People meet up, have a few drinks and such like. I haven't been to one before so I'm not sure exactly what weapon selection to go with yet. Snooker ball in a sock is quick and easy though, so that will do.
