    How do these meets usually work? I'm going to aim to get into Birmingham for about 14:00. I don't drink, so there's no point in me staying over the night, although I am free to stick around for the evening and grab something to eat there.

    Well in the past we've met up at a pub, had some drinks, chat a bit, some more drinks and chat, move pubs, a bit to eat, I think you might be getting the idea now.

    In reality, yes there is a good amount of drinking that goes on but mainly meeting up with the other CF'ers and chatting. Hopefully we can find a place that has free wireless and we can hook up with Pheo in the States.

    I will be arriving around 12ish and need to be back home for 9 at the latest coz I've got stuff on the next day, that and it is my daughters birthday weekend.

    Who is collating the mobile numbers? I can do it if you want.

    Send me a PM with your mobo number, real name and if you are happy for your number to be passed around, if you aren't then it will go no further than that. When all of the numbers are in I'll circulate then via PM.

    In that case, where am I best parking my motorbike? I don't quite fancy moving it around as we move pubs, but I also don't mind parking it somewhere secure, such as a secure NCP. Suggestions?

    Thanks for the information. I think I shall attend for a few soft drinks at the first pub, and when people move on, I shall head home. I shall research this a bit better for next time and, perhaps, book a hotel next time so I can have a few too.
