    Hey All,

Just a quick post about a possible next get together. I think the last one that was hinted at (Arro's) didn't work out too well, so this is purely an information gathering excercise to gauge interest.

Birmingham is a chosen location, was thinking mid-June time, but am open to suggestions.

For those that are interested, drop a reply on this thread with a provisional yay/nay and we'll see how this goes!

Even if we only get a handful of people, it's sure to be a good evening and would be awesome to actually meet some fellow forum members face to face.

    Cheers,
    Qs

Later June or July is perfect for me. I work in Birmingham anyway still, and spend fair enough time over here :) so anyone that wants practice drinks let me know!

I suggest start off somewhere near the station and cheap. The Newt, or the Briar Rose on Bennett's Hill. The Briar Rose is a Wetherspoons, and also happens to be a reasonably cheap hotel :)

Birmingham New Street would be the easiest. I think Bristol trains do go there. If not, Snow Hill is also really near to where I've suggested. Anyone that doesn't know their way around Birmingham, I'm happy to meet at the station and guide them to the required boozer. Like a bodyguard. But not looming. Or threatening. And female, which most of them aren't.
