For some reason the group policy editor on my PC wont show that options under windows settings, the only thing it will show is the remote installation services. I've tried updatding the adm files and I've tried using it to edit my local gp but I still get the same. This only happend on my PC??

    any ides?

I assume that you're referring to the local policy editor here Si? (gpedit.msc)

Is there anything at the domain level that may be restricting these? I.e. a domain policy? :blink

This is the same for both local policy viewing or domain policy viewing using my PC I can use another PC and everything is fine. I have installed the Windows Server 2003 Administration Tools Pack on my local machine to administer domain level policies but everything was fine until the other day!!
