    At last! After over 2 and a half years searching and thousands of applications, I've landed a job :D 1st line helpdesk working for a company called twenty4help based on site at Sun Microsystems supporting in house staff and customers servers. Seems like a great opportunity, cant wait to get stuck in!

    Congrats, I worked for twenty4help for a while at there newcastle office, they were an outsourced call centre, I was taking calls from people who had purchased either an HP or Compaq machine from a retail outlet.........I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

    I was only there for about a month, if you have not heard it yet you will hear the following term very soon

    "Twenty 4 Hell"

    Small world, I also worked for T4H (yes, twenty4 hell! :dry ) on both the Apple Contracts and the HP Apple/Photosmart desks.

    You're on one of the better contracts/sites too!
