Only problem being Gmail is down at the moment

 

It's because of all the Si's account invites being set up yesterday.

 

Yeah...I guessed it would be that... but will someone let us know when its up and running again? I think its the best web based mail ever...all I need now are the POP3 and SMTP servers and I am on my way...

Looks good Si but can it be used in Outlook Express? cos thats what I really wane use it for...

 

No not as default, its a web based email service. There are a few apps that you might be able to use. Pop Goes the Gmail at neowin may be able to help you as it creates a separate POP3 and SMTP server running on your PC that relays mail between gmail and your mail app. Its in the list in the link above.
