Getting crashies on pc when playing games

    Also, put a DVM on the 12V line to see if this is sagging. This is what I did when I did a big upgrade on my video card.

    1. as Raffaz said try get and google 0x code from BSOD and/or try stripping your PC from any unncecessary things - leave just CPU, memory and HDD and check if it happens again

    last time i had problem like that it was a corrupted VGA driver file

    Cheers guys, i havent had time to use memtest yet too busy at work, but will do it tommorow, I will have time then as I start work later.

    I actually dont think its the PSU but have a PSU tester on order, I think there may be a memory issue as the hard drive seems to be accessed (almost constantly) a lot before I get the system lock up or the BSOD.

    Once I use memtest it will tell me the score.

    Does anyone else have any suggestions?
