Hi, i would also like to echo the thoughts of some others.

In your career most employers will look at experience and certification, the best quote i have heard regarding university is that it is basically an excuse to get drunk for 2 or free years (which is true :D )

I personally would love to work for that company, as the exams total at probably around the 1000 mark for the comptia and MCSE exams, that is tax free earnings, which is another positive :)

If i were you id stay an extra year at this place, try to get to at least MCSA level, and try and get yourself known to management as someone who is helpful, and reliable, that way they may see you as someone who could specialise, which would lead to better earnings.

I personally dont think uni's worth the debt.

Ditto to that!! I would however say get the degree. If you can get into a graduate scheme you could be doing well for yourself. A friend of mine who is 22 has got a job on 26k + an extra 10k worth of benefits in a graduate scheme. Also University teaches you new skills, preparing professional reports for one! Writing in a scientific way etc. Its all about learning how to learn.
