No can do, Ken... that would require that Boson become a Microsoft (insert air-quote fingers here) "Certified Practice Test Provider". From what I've heard, back when Transcender looked into doing it back in the "old days", we'd be committed to releasing a finished product within x number of days of release for EACH Microsoft certification exam. Since we don't outsource our exam development, we wouldn't be able to keep up with their stuff AND create the CompTIA and Cisco exams (the latter of which is Boson's bread and butter). We're not putting other products on hold just for them.

In addition, Microsoft would have final editorial review of our product - basically telling us what we can and can't say in our questions. Being legit, we have nothing to fear, but who knows what they'd force us to edit out?

And the only tangible benefit we'd get is a small mention on their Web site. No thanks - not even remotely worth the cost, all things considered.

Basically, if you want a Microsoft "sanitized" exam that was shoved out the door quickly, by all means, buy from Self Test or Measure Up. But if you want an extremely high-quality product that will not only help you pass the exam, but also help you be a better tech, buy a Boson ExSim MAX exam.

And that's all the sales you'll hear from me.

Sorry I'm going to ask a really dumb question -

How do I use one of these? I'm looking to book the 271 & 272 soon . . .

 

When you go to book the exam through prometric, at the point you need to pay there should be an option to put a voucher code in. It should then apply a discount to the original cost of the exam.

Not sure if you need to do anything extra to confirm the second shot, as I don't recall ever taking an exam and it being available at the time.

 

Actually rather than posting a whole list of numbers I am going to suggest that if people want vouchers from me to pm me with their email address, once received I will forward the voucher on to you.

The reason for this is I don't want people trying to redeem vouchers only to discover they have been used already, doing it this way ensures that if someone wants a voucher, they get it first time.

 

And that assumes MS will be running Second Shot or even that I will be here ;)
