Actually it's been more than a year since I posted the thread. In the meantime I've managed to get hold of one. I connected it up but it didn't seem to work. Maybe I need to connect it to a normal pc instead of a server.

 

So it has. I guess I should have paid more attention to the date on the original post. Sorry about that.
