    Probably a bit late to be introducing myself, seeing as I've been a member for over 4 years.


    I've been the "IT guy" with family and friends for years, but never pushed myself to go any further. I've worked in entry-level IT Technician, Tech Support and Customer Service roles since the age of 20, but FINALLY decided to book the A+ exams.


    Just want to thank CertForums and its members for some great advice over the last few years.

    My only regret is that sadly I didn't realise that the Mike Meyers All-in-One book existed until after I'd wasted about 18 months reading the DUMMIES book on-and-off.
    P.S. That book is missing a LOT.


    The Prof Messer videos are also essential, fantastic.


    Took the 220-701 today. Was really nervous, but passed with 828/900, and I've got the 220-702 tomorrow.


    More to follow tomorrow, hopefully as a Certified A+ Professional...
