It's a 9 month course, it is mainly self study, however there are tutor groups.

Cool - what exams? do you have to pay extra for them or are they included in the course.

So does this mean you will have letters after your name - BSc, MSC??

 

No exams, it's continuous assessment with tutor and computer marked assignments.

If Sandy were still round here he would have given a good insight into the Open University as well.

 

So...are you doing this course to expand your knowledge in IT or are you hoping to get a job out of it?

:hhhmmm yes what has happened to Sandy? come to think of it what has happened to MR C? haven't seen him around lately?

 

One of my plans is to try and get a job out of it, as for expanding my IT knowledge the first course, I already know most of the content in it, however I still need to do it as a foundation to build on.
