Basically I am wondering if some sort of screen mask exists for people who have sensitive eyes when looking at computer screens? I know you can get "computer glasses" but I'm looking for some sort of screen I can place over my monitors.. does this even exist? all I am coming across are privacy screens which isn't what I am after.

    Thanks

Used to exist for CRT's, radiation is lot less with LED panels, so not really seen em since.

Hmmm yeah it’s getting annoying now.. I’m fine looking at the TV but I think its when Im reading of a screen for long periods.. I also get a problem playing PS4, my eyes go bloodshot and I genuinely feel tired.

Just get some computer glasses. I've been wearing them for years. I used to get really bad eye strain and headaches. Went away as soon as I started wearing these babies.

You can get a blue light filter which may help, I use it from time to time but to be fair I constantly find myself adjusting the brightness settings depending on the day, if its bright or dark etc.

Not sure if doing that would help you mind

You can check Amazon. They do have Blue light Screen Protector that you do actually place over your monitor.

Windows 10 also has a thing called 'adaptive brightness', not sure if you can use it on desktops, works on laptops.
