Congrats on passing the ITF exam, well done.

As for the A+, there are alot of different resources out there, including Professor Messor, Mike Meyers, etc.
I guess the question for you is, what exactly are you looking for and what is your learning style?

I remember taking both tests same sitting and the guy holding the testing said "your a warrior huh?" I didnt get what he meant until he said that most folks schedule the 2nd test for a later date. Which didnt make sense to me since all the information was fresh in my head I thought you were supposed to take both one after the other. I found A LOT of the same questions reworded in the 2nd test to be alike.

Study time for me was about 3 weeks doing hour or two every other day. I couldnt do daily studies due to home factors but tried when I could.
    Materials.
    CompTIA A+ book
Professor Messer A+ exam objective videos
Get a an A+ Notes type of book
Take any quizzes you can find and once you start scoring 90's repetitively go sit for exam.

As soon as I sat down since I was allowed paper and pencil after I was "sat in" I brain dumped anything I knew or remembered. This is what worked for me so just like hair styles...everyone has their own and what worx for them. No luck for you, use your skill I say.
