Error Logging In Using Netscape Navigator.

I got an error that reads "POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed" I got this error while trying to login. I was unable to login. But then I was able to login using the Mozilla Firefox web browser.
But I like using Netscape Navigator so could anyone tell me why I got this error.
