lol, I though a new Golden Axe might be good, but I read a review on it a while ago and the reviewers said it totally sucked and gave it 3 out of 10

 

I fancy the new tomb raider this crimbo, got a wee soft spot for lara

Apart from alone in the dark, isnt it just clueless mum and dads that would buy those game in the list?

 

yeah, I remember my dad bought me that Desert Island Dizzy for crimbo when I was younger for my Spectrum.

I hurridely went out on boxing day and swapped it for Robocop

 

i remember getting rainbow island for my C64

I remember not getting Parasol Stars for my C64 because some bastard broke in to the programmers house and stole all of his code and backups.

 

Yup, Magic land dizzy was my fav.

never was into games where you couldn't shoot anyone, apart from the odd platform game like Mario, Rainbow Island and New zealand story

 

I agree with the list in the link. Secondly, avoid GTA IV on the PC as it's buggy as hell!

agree Golden Axe Beast Rider being a suck fest dont know what is up with sega now a days >_< they seem to do alright with the portable sonic games.

Well, for this year I'm waiting for Fight Night Round 4, Tekken 6 and the new Grand Turismo game (not sure if this is out this year). May give COD Modern Warfare 2 a look as well.

Just not many good titles out there at the mo. Currently playing NBA Live 09 and FIFA 09.

If anyone wants their behind handed to them on FIFA, let me know
