Looking for a great covering letter that's easily edited. Something for an entry level position/first IT job etc.

Here is a copy of my CV feel free to copy edit.

Covering letters, from my perspective, are about the individual. It is your chance to say who you are and what you are about.

The CV is for the facts, the covering letter is about the individual, your strengths, weaknesses, etc. It is therefore very difficult to produce a generic one.

I agree totally with Simon. What is the point of a covering letter if it's just a copy and paste and re-hash of something found on the Internet? Any employer worth his salt will recognise it as such. You should write the covering letter fom scratch, in your own style, using you own words and experiences.
