    Cool :)

    I've had to stop Kickboxing due to my knee soon after I earned the red belt, been under the GP, Physio and acupuncturist. Restarted my martial arts journey again, this time with Go Kan Ryu Karate. Currently a yellow belt (8th kyu) in this style (to add to the rest of my grades from other styles and arts). We'll see how this goes.

    With exploding ammunition mate :) Knees ok-ish, I'm still getting pain every now and again, but getting there :)

    completely forgot about this thread as it goes!

    since last time i was here i now practise brazillian ju jitsu and mixed martial arts twice a week, absolutely loving it!

    lost a lot of weight already and my cardio is better than it has ever been, the bjj class is assosciated with royce gracie as well, so he comes over now and again to grade people and put on seminars!

    yeah its great man, velcro rash from gloves and bruises are rpetty fun in the work place lol

    there must be some kind of class around, even if standard ju jitsu, they do cover aspects of the ground game, best way to find out is to find an mma gym, its sort of standard around here that they do a bjj class as well.
