DNS problem, I think...

I'm trying to get to a particular site (ok, it's www.linux-tutorial.info). I can ping and traceroute by domain name but when I try to open the site in a browser, it times out. The odd thing is when I ping the site, I get a reverse DNS entry returned instead of the standard ping output. I'm attaching the output on my console session here or reference.

It looks like DNS is ok on my end but not at the destination location. Opinions?
