    So if your cisco qualified, do you get discounts on their products?

    If you're MS qualified do you get discounts on their products?

    There are certain advantages to being accredited with the big vendors such as beta versions of software, but as far as I know you can't get any discounts for 'retail' software.

    Cisco stuff is pricey, I was given a Cisco router when I left my last job as I mentioned I was going to study for the CCNA, need to find how much its worth!

    As for the rest of the kit best to get on eBay or rob a bank! :biggrin

    yeah i agree! i got a plan... middlesex uni offer the ccna and its run apparently by a english-cypriot im hoping to convince him to let me use their kit if i ever consider doing CCNA in a year or two's time! Clever hey? Hehehehehe :tune :tongue but on the other hand if you can buy the kit its yours for future certs in the cisco program......
