OK we know that MI5 and MI6 are classed as agncies, but what coulld i class Echelon as. Its known of but its not official so im not sure how to class it. Im thinking its more on the lines of an agency butnot 100%.

Im doing better than some people though, they are calling these companies

I like that Mr Cheeks, and ill use it once but id like it classed in a nice small way for this assignment. I cant really use that all the time with it being so long etc.

I can neither confirm nor deny the existence or lack thereof of an intelligence network that may or may not be called ECHELON (see sig, below).

 

I wouldn't clasify echelon as an orginisation of such, its run by already existing orginisations
its a system, or an operation, project, its a codename given to a specific set of service deliverables manned by a subset of personel from existing global agencies

Thats how i would classify it atleast based on my limited understanding of it

 

Limited? I'd say you hit the nail on the head with your description, except you left out that it's supposed to be a secret.

You could also call it Big Brother. It's an operation run by a collective of intelligence agencies to collect all electronic data from any device, the whole world over.

Organisation i went with, tho we did our presentatinos on friday and im not happy about the route in which i took my idea. I think i May of recovered well in the Q+A section at the end tho to get a good mark as any question asked was dealt with greatly i thought.

Just nearly everyone went with the echelon crap and i only barely mentioned it.

 

lets hope you get a good result with your "echelon crap"...
