Just thinking about changing the layout of my CV. I'm quite happy about it at the moment, and heard reasonably good things about it from agencies etc. However, I was wondering if I should change the section about my current employment.

I've been with my company for 5 years now - this and my responsibilities is outlined on my CV. But should I change this to show that I initially started as a contractor, then was taken on as a permy, and was then promoted to Senior Engineer? In other words rather than one section, should it be split into 3 separate ones?
