Hi Everyone

I have recently signed up to the forum even though i have been reading this website for months (excellent site for information). I would like some help and advice on my CV i want to get into the role of a helpdesk position, as you can see from my cv most of the work i have done has been customer based so i have experience on that side. I studied computer science at uni and feel its time to try and persue a career in I.T
Please feel free to criticise my cv any help appreciated
