    A little heads up;

    Currently in a temp apprenticeship ending in a few months, so I'm trying to keep my eye on the market and my CV upto date. I'm hoping to get into a 1st Line type role where I won't be just sat at a desk all the time, having not been doing so at my present place, or at least somewhere that is a bit of a mix of remote and customer-facing support. Somewhere I can progress would be advantageous too.

    I'm in no rush to find a job at the moment as I have some time left in my placement and intend to sit another exam before I start actively looking but some of advice/criticism would be useful nonetheless.

    Nicely laid out. As agencies and some employers typically skim through CV's you should put your work experience before education. Also, how can you have only done 3 GCSE's? I'm pretty sure English and Maths were compulsory..

    Grades weren't too good in school hence why I didn't state them on my CV.
