connect to computer at different location

Is there any way i can connect to my friends computer desktop and have full access from my house and he is in a different city ? I have his username , i have his computer name, and his IP ADDRESS.

Dont want to use any software , just the windows xp pro features or windows server 2003 server features or software if it does have that since those two systems i have at my house.

Hi,

You could also setup a logmein account then add users pc to you account and then access it that way.

This is what I have done for all my friends pc, so when they have problem then I can just login.
