    Hi folks,

How per server mode differs from per user/per device mode?

    I am really confused.

    Please help.

I'm give it my best shot to explain it to you. Even after being in the field for 8 years licensing is still confusing to me. In server licensing mode you buy a license for the server and you can have as many connections from clients/devices as you want. In per user/device mode you must license each individual user/device. I have yet to see anyone who actually server mode but I'm sure there are people out there. It's supposed to be cheaper to use server mode if you only have a few servers but a large number of users. Hopefully this helps a little.
