    what’s the command to show folders and there sub folders on a NTFS drive, tried dir and tree but that gives me all the files as well. Thanks

    If you do dir /? it gives a help page.

    From that I deduce that dir /ad /s should do what you want.

    When I do tree it only gives me the folder list, no files. I have to say I work with Vista.

    i get all the files when useing tree on server 2003
