Ive just completed some verification agreement form thingy, wtf, so as i did pass the exam, having paid the £90, i dont have to pay any further moneys to receive an hard copy of my certificate do i?

CIW's provision of certificates has always been a bit random.
They used to say that they wouldn't send them automatically, then they sent me two...

Once you've got all your details, log into your CIW account and check out what it says there. It's been a while since I looked.

How do I request another copy of my certificate?
Your first certificate is provided free of charge(wouldn'y exactly call an exam fee of £90 free of charge ). There is a processing fee for replacement certificates. First, make sure your mailing address information is accurate in your Personal Information record. Then click the "Complete a Form" link in the left-side menu. Select the certificate you want. Submit the form. You will be prompted to provide your credit information for payment of the processing fee. When ready, submit your payment. Your request for a certificate will be processed by the Certification Department within a few business days. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of International Mail.
