Citrix file association

Hi Guys

I have a problem with two users whose file associations are screwed. .doc's want to open with Adobe and .xls with powerpoint.
We use presentation server 4.5.
Everyone else's files open with the correct app.
The problem follows the user. So my guess is its profile related.
Ive been cleaning up peoples remote desktop profiles so i might well have deleted something by accident
If i run the assoc command on the local PC it shows the files are associated with the correct software.

Couldnt find anything on google but anyone know if there is anything in the registry or a config file that i can change?
