Oh man! Ad-blocking software has been detected! :'(

Good Morning All,

I have a user who has been remoting in as she is WFH. She saved a document to her Desktop last week but then she has deleted this. She now needs to retrieve this document.

My question is can you restore to older Citrix desktops so we can retrieve this document?

If the file was local on the server (e.g C:\users\<username>\desktop) and then deleted it should be in the recycle bin.

If it isnt there and it has been deleted (not moved) then it looks there may be a redirect of the desktop to a file server. If so you may be able to recover from there.
