With the CCNA Service Provider Certification, a network engineer can create an intelligent edge to establish carrier-grade networks. This certification also enables the network engineer to apply lawful intercept concepts for priority routing, and many other specific service provider related job tasks.

A properly installed and maintained IP next-generation network enables Service Providers to offer new and personalized services to achieve greater efficiencies, improve profitability, and enhance control of their networks for consumer and business customers. The Cisco CCNA Service Provider Certification provides job ready practical skills and knowledge to ensure the successful implementation and support of an IP next-generation network.

Certifications: MCITP: EST, MCDST, MCTS, A+, N+, CCNP, CCNA Wireless

I thought I'd heard about this a while ago, looks interesting. I'm a little concerned, though, that this undermines the CCNP cert a little as it appears to be a crash course in CCNA techs, CCNP techs and CCIP techs rammed into a CCNA syllabus. With no prerequisites someone coming into this from nothing may drown and fast.
    Certifications: CCNP, CCNA, MCP

Probably right. Cisco have a habit of doing that. I am going get the Cisco Press Book on this and have a look to see if it turns out to be a dogs dinner or not, like the CCIE lab exam.
