Hi Guys,

Dont know if you can help me we have upgrade our cisco CUCUM and when we try to configure our new cisco ata's (187) we are having issues we just get a busy tone when we pick up handset if i configure a 186 it works fine dont think im missing anything from config and i can get on ATA through the web browser so ip etc is all correct.


Any ideas?
