Certainly... you guys come to Nashville, and I'll buy the drinks. For 10 minutes or so, at least! :biggrin

So far it has been. There has been a tendancy for everyone to book the same hotel in attempt to get a good rate - but so far this doesn't seem to have worked!

:ohmy psst Mike, these are the britts and scotts you are offering to pay for free drinks in 10 mins time. Raff,Ryan and cheek alone would have IVs inserted and lets not forget about Arr who can put them all to shame, not to mention under the table. ARE YOU CRAZY MAN????? I don't think all of us americans on this board going in togather could afford that bill...:blink

Sheesh... I thought I was limiting my damages by specifying only 10 minutes. :blink

Okay, how about 5 (normal-sized) drinks apiece? :biggrin

I vote scotland somewhere. London's a bit expensive for me to get to.

Although not sure if i could afford it really.

Well as i used to drink a pint of cider in 10secs flat, think how many i could get in 10 mins. Mind you i'd probably be carried out the pub after that lot!

As for 5 normal sized drinks, i take it you mean Full Pints and not the small galsses ya get else where in the world? If so make mine 5 pints of K's Cider, or a flagan of scrumpy!

I'd vote Northhants but as the dates are so far of an moneys gonna be a problem in the next month i cant say.
Now if we made x one of my suggestions i could make it easier.

If i'm lucky work may need to send me close to northhants around that time.

Thread will be forthcoming on Location X as soon as I'm not leeching my sister's internet connection :)

BM - the offer of free drinks is splendiferous - and I can only accept your first answer, no modifications on drink amounts :biggrin

Last time I went out, I had 12 double vodka Red Bulls. Okay, I probably said a lot of crap, and fell asleep in the car on the way home... but I only spent £30 so... meh

GBL - hotels are up to the individual, but there are quite a few more than reasonable hotels in and around Northants - I think there's possibly an IBIS which would be your best bet.

I think the night will revolve around drinkies in Northampton town centre - splashy splashy :)

And BM - no we don't all end up in the same bed. That would be..... cramped.

You should try a funnel mate, we used to at Uni.

My times for a pint through the funnel and hose pipe combo was 2 secs a litre a vodka orange in 4.

Dont try this at home kids.

One lad got an ulcer due to trying it with JD.
