    about a 10 min walk and then in Northampton town centre.

    I thought something like the last one. meeting up around 1ish and then going for a small shandy and a chat. Then of to some eats and the rest of the night.

    How's that sound?

    Well I'll say a provisional yes to the July date. I'm not sure yet but I think I may have a gig to go to on that day (still waiting to hear from a friend).

    I know the location very well as I have just spent a week in Northampton General and wasn't a very well chap. So location wise it couldn't be easier for me, it's 10mins in the car. Just not sure on the date. I'll certainly make it there if I can.

    Hotels in Northampton:

    can be a bit pricy if you stay in the town centre, but here are some links and prices

    Quality Inn is about 3 mile from the town centre or a £10 taxi.

    Coach House Hotel is on the kettering road about a 20 min walk into town.

    Holiday Inn half hour walk alond the main roads probalbly better to grab a taxi

    Park Inn This is right slap bang in the middle of the town

    Ibis Hotel This would be the one of choice. About a 15 min walk to where we are eating and in the town centre. It is also about 800 yards from the train station.

    Never stopped at any of these hotels so I can't vouch for any of them.

    I have stayed at the IBIS which is a few mins walk into town if coming from the train station and it was just what you would expect from any travel hotel. Was clean and did the job. Just don't expect a presidential suite or olympic sized swimming pool and you won't be dissapointed. :)

    I'm sure Ken would be up for it yes, just depends on if he is busy on that date or not. I'm off work at the mo, so I'm not sure how he's fixed. I'm sure he'll pipe up here in no time. :)
