    am 17 yrs from south africa and living in sussex i have jst enroled on a skills train ccna course on my study guide it says i should not start on my course until i receive my tutor information how long does it take for the info to arrive?

    Skillstrain normally leave the start of the course for you to get your teeth in to...though it may be a different ball game with the CCNA.

    Leave it 7 days. If it hasn't arrived, start harassing them for your stuff.
