After you've registered you have to download their software engine, then (from the same page) click the listed training stuff you wnat and you'll get the database for the software engine.

Pretty decent questions, I ended up downloading the 70-270 questions by mistake- they don't have anything on the MCDST

 

Just use the readiness review suite included with the MS press books (I'm assuming you have these )

The questions in there are pretty decent and are generally (IMO) harder than the actual exams.
